Shipping & Returns

Shipping information

Picotton makes shipments within Switzerland and Europe. Buying in Picotton is very simple. You must select the products that interest you with the color and / or design and your size and insert them in the shopping cart. Once you have reviewed your order and are satisfied with the selected items, you will only have to follow a few simple steps to successfully complete your order.

The shipping costs CHF 8.00 in Switzerland and CHF 20.00 for the rest of Europe, for purchases over CHF 100 the shipping costs will be FREE.

Once the payment is finalized, you will receive a confirmation email.

In case it is not possible to deliver one or more items due to stock variation, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and we will propose a replacement product. Alternatively, the purchase amount will be returned.

The estimated delivery time is 3 working days in Switzerland after receipt of payment and 12 working days in the rest of Europe after receipt of payment.

All orders placed after 6:00 p.m. will leave the warehouse the next day.

Returns

If upon receiving the order the customer is not satisfied with the product, it can be returned by sending it to us within 15 calendar days.

*IMPORTANT*

Returns will not be accepted after 15 days of return period.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and attaching the purchase ticket. The return of the returned items will be made, provided that they are in the same state in which the customer receives them and without any sign of having been used. The items to be returned must have the original label in order to proceed with their return.

Once we have verified that the product to be returned arrives in the indicated conditions, we will proceed to the refund of the order (Only the purchase amount of the items will be refunded, never the shipping costs). The payment will be made in a maximum period of 15 days, by transfer.

Picotton does not make changes of purchases, only returns.

For defective items, with tare or received by mistake, you must notify the mail info@picotton.com attaching images, within a maximum period of 24 hours since you receive it.
The return shipping costs are assumed by the customer .
